ARABIAN BEMCO and its potential subcontractors must conduct themselves with the highest degree of honesty and integrity. It is against the Saudi law and against ARABIAN BEMCO policy for any employee to accept any inappropriate gift, or any other attempt to influence a decision to award a subcontract. Subcontractors who are suspected of attempting to inappropriately persuade ARABIAN BEMCO employees will be eliminated from consideration on all ARABIAN BEMCO projects and employees who accept such attempts will be strictly disciplined.

ARABIAN BEMCO is committed to provide equal opportunity for all subcontractors who are qualified to do business with us. ARABIAN BEMCO reserves the right to request from time to time an update or further information of subcontractor; and or to re-evaluate the qualification of subcontractor; and/or to withdraw any subcontractor registration in its sole discretion, without providing any reason.

ARABIAN BEMCO expects that all subcontractors provide timely information, good quality performance, delivery, efficient scheduling, safely operated activities and competitive price. We always strive to treat all of our subcontractors fairly and equitably in every way with the same respect, integrity and honesty that we expect from them.

A determination of any application for qualification, reclassification, or suspension is under ARABIAN BEMCO’s discretion. ARABIAN BEMCO will not be liable for any costs or damages incurred in the exercise of such discretion. If it is determined that your Registration is incomplete, ARABIAN BEMCO will not be able to complete the processing of your request. This may lead to the refusal of the registration request without any notification.

All subcontractors information shall be kept completely confidential and will be divulge to any third parties. Subcontractor shall also be required to not disclose any agreement. All Qualified subcontractors may not advertise, promote or publish their qualification status without ARABIAN BEMCO prior written consent.

Registering with this qualification system does not ensure an invitation to tender or an engagement to service. Only qualified subcontractor that has met the qualification requirements (i.e. as having the necessary experience and capability to undertake the required activities safely and in an environmentally sound manner) shall be considered for invitation to tender within certain categories of works and services. ARABIAN BEMCO may in its sole decision to procure Products or Services from any registered subcontractor and will not be obliged to accept the lowest offer or bid. It does not obviate the need for a contractor to fully comply with the Conditions of Tendering and other Contract Conditions that may apply to a particular project or tender invitation. All qualified subcontractors must fully comply with the Saudi Government's Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry.

Subcontractor who completed the registration and was not accepted, reclassified, suspended may appeal the decision in writing.

ARABIAN BEMCO hereby does not guarantee work for any subcontractor, or procure product/services from any supplier. The granting of Qualification to a Subcontractor/ Supplier does not give rise to any representation, warranty or guarantee as to:

• Continuity of the Qualification for any period (including until the Renewal Date or for the duration of the Scheme); or
• Opportunities which may be made available to the Subcontractor/ Supplier to tender for or otherwise be awarded ARABIAN BEMCO Contracts

Qualification files are considered to be strictly confidential. The files will be available only to:

• Members of the Board of Committee.
• The Director of the Department or any authorized agents of the Department.

Within 15 days of receiving the letter of acceptance, the Subcontractor must submit an original copy of their qualification to ARABIAN BEMCO.

ARABIAN BEMCO does not warrant the accuracy of this information contained in this site or omissions in the information. ARABIAN BEMCO will examine and review subcontractor qualification and documentation to ensure completion for the purpose of registration and qualification. ARABIAN BEMCO will issue a letter of acceptance and notify them via e-mail.
