The ARABIAN BEMCO Online Registration process is the first step to access ARABIAN BEMCO’s Subcontractor Qualification Program. All Establishments/Companies who are interested to do business with ARABIAN BEMCO, and meet the condition of registration will be required to complete the online registration process. In the registration process, you need to provide

• Submitter Information
• Company/Establishment Basic Information
• Confirm that your Company/Establishment has all Required Documents and
• Submit the Registration Request Letter

Once you complete the registration application properly, ARABIAN BEMCO will examine and review your Registration and documentation to ensure completion for the purpose of registration. If your registration application is approved, the system will then generate User ID and Password which will be sent to your registered email addresses that you provided in the registration application. By using this User ID and Password, you will be able to access to the program to continue with your qualification.

In the qualification process, you are requested to provide Company/Establishment general information, all required supporting documentation, and to present various qualification information (such as financial position, Bank guarantee, Insurance, Resources, Experience, Approval, Safety and Quality etc.). After successfully completing and submitting your qualification, you will not be able to modify any information until ARABIAN BEMCO has made a decision on your qualification.

However, if your Company/Establishment has met ARABIAN BEMCO's qualification requirements and approved your Company/Establishment as a subcontractor, you will be notified and received a Vender Number with which your Company/Establishment will be able to modify your information.

It is highly recommended that you change the initially assigned password as soon as you accesses ARABIAN BEMCO online Subcontractor Qualification Program for the first time.
