ARABIAN BEMCO'S Subcontractor Qualification Program (SQP) is an Electronic Online Subcontractor Registration and Qualification Program that automates almost all of the business functions and activities having to do with Subcontractor Registration and Qualification Processes.

SQP is having two areas of processes:

• Registration Process
• Qualification Process

All the suppliers which are interested to do business with Arabian Bemco , should register their company in SQP. In the Registration Process you have to submit the basic information about the company and submitter. Registration Process consists of four sections.

1. Representative Information
2. Commercial Information
3. Confirmation of Required Documents
4. Registration Request Letter

Once the Registration Process is completed, you will be provided a username and password by your registered email address.

Now you have to login to the Qualification Process with the credentials you got when you complete the Registration Process. You can see the login panel in the left panel of the SQP Portal. In the login panel, go to Registered subcontractor section and login with the username and password you received. Now you will be redirected to the Change Password page, where you have to change the initial password for security concern. You will be redirected to the Qualification Process once you change the password .

There are 10 sections in the Qualification Process;

4. Experience
5. References
6. Previous Approval
7. Safety
8. Quality
9. Designated Contact
10. Authorized Signatories

If you logout or distracted in between the Qualification Process, you will not loose the information you entered, you can login again to SQP and you will be able to proceed from where you stopped, as the system will automatically redirect you to the page you stopped, or you can use the link Click here to proceed qualification process on the left panel.
Arabian Bemco will verify and evaluate your qualification information once you complete the Qualification Process and you will be notified by your registered email address regarding your qualification status.
A vendor number will be provided once you are qualified, and you can login to SQP as a Qualified Subcontractor by using this Vendor Number. If you are a qualified subcontractor you will be able to update your qualification information whenever you want.
