    Subcontractor Qualification Program allows contractors or suppliers who are interested to do business with ARABIAN BEMCO to illustrate their Company/Establishment information and qualification easily and more efficiently.
  2. Should all subcontractors go through the Subcontractor Qualification Program?
    Yes, all subcontractors must go through the Subcontractor Qualification Program.
  3. Why is it necessary to go through Subcontractor Qualification Program?
    To ensure that subcontractors are competent and capable to carry out the work in time with high quality as well as to avoid ARABIAN BEMCO from subcontractor that might not be able to complete their work successfully due to financial resources, human resources or any other unforeseen issues.
  4. How long does the evaluation process take?
    Evaluation process usually takes between 2 to 3 weeks and in some cases may take longer.
  5. What documentation is required for subcontractor qualification program?
    • Commercial Registration Certificate
    • Service investment license (SAGIA)
    • Chamber of Commerce Certificate
    • Zakah Certificate
    • Saudization Certificate
    • Certificate from the general organization for Social Insurance (GOSI)
    • Government Classification certificate
    • Company/Establishment Organization Chart
    • Key Management Personnel
  6. Who can apply for Subcontractor Qualification Program (SQP)?
    Any subcontractor is welcome to apply in the program.
  7. How do I know that I am qualified ?
    You will receive a notification message in your registered email address that you are qualified with ARABIAN BEMCO’s qualification requirements.  
  8. Can I modify my information after I complete the qualification process?
    No, you cannot modify or update your information until the qualification ID has been issued and sent to you by email. However, every time you update, ARABIAN BEMCO will evaluate your qualification.
